Just wondering if anyone knows of a plugin or theme or css that has a responsive design for topic pages, or HTML widgets? For example, in the body of a topic, I can add a table, but that table is not responsive on mobile devices. I can add an image or embed a YouTube video, but they don't resize to the max width on mobile devices.
I'd like to create some 2 or 3 column topic pages and HTML widgets for the home page that are responsive like the news and blog 3 column layout on the homepage. And also any images and video links should resize to the width of the mobile screen or browser window.
Any suggestions appreciated.

topic are html strings, u can design the content according your theme style.
check how your theme is dealing with responsive table and apply that to your topic
add html tags and classes to your topic, its an html editor
on topic page go to tools - > source code and write your code there
suggestion:
edit your code in VS first and then copy it to the topic editor
