why our site doesn't show pictures completely?

We want to know that why our site doesn't show complete picture in part of categorization?

one possibility is that you orginal images are not at correct place, may be missing.

.category-navigation-list > li > .sublist-wrap > .sublist .box .picture, .root-category-items > .sublist-wrap > .sublist .box .picture {
    height: 120px;
}

div.picture is set to height, while images need more space :)
