Hi,

NopCommerce is capable of multishop.
If each shop has its own shopping cart or there is also a common shopping cart.

Thanks for suggestion! Already done in the upcoming version 3.90. Please see "ShoppingCartSettings.CartsSharedBetweenStores" setting
