anti forgery error

Getting   The required anti-forgery cookie "__RequestVerificationToken" is not present. On simple things on new NOP install.

Installed it a few days ago on an arvixe server.

Everything can be working fine then the error hits. This last one was on the main dashboard page.

What do I need to do to address this?

No ideas?

The error was happening again this morning. It can work fine for awhile then admin becomes unusable because of this.

If nothing else, can the antiforgery be turned off?
