I cannot access namespaces other than Nop.Plugin in the view
I am having this problem also. I wish someone had an answer for this.
I know the view still runs, but it is annoying.
If I key this in a view: @using System.Web.Mvc, as I type the word "System" it gives me the intellisense for ".Web", but after that it does not give the intellisense for ".Mvc".
