Installing problem: Step 2 - SQL Server

When entering SQL Server name, username and password and click next the page just refreshes. No errors or anything....anyone else had this problem?

It now states that 'Login for user failed', nothing I try seems to fix it.

Am running Windows Server 2008 and SQL 2008.
