Hallo,

We are using Nop 3.8 and we have been having a lot of issues with automated emails.

Examples:
1.  Currently when customers buy electronic gift vouchers, they are not receiving any confirmation or gift card number emails
2.  Some payment received emails are going through to customers and some not.  It is quite random as we haven't been able to distinguish a pattern.

Are there currently bugs or issues around this?  If not, might it be a config issue?
