Product Attributes - Reduce Price by Percentage instead of fixed amount?

Hi all,

I'm using 3.80. I have some product attributes that are modifying the price by a fixed dollar amount and it works great. I am being asked if it is possible to do a modification of the price by a percentage instead. Is this easily done or will this require some serious programming?

Not like it's too hard of a problem, but you do need to customize the source code. :)
