Help with the Widgets.GoogleAnalytics plugin

We have the Google Analytics Universal plugin installed with Enhanced Ecommerce.

Couple of issues:

1) When we go to Product Category or Brand in Google Analytics, the values are blank. How can we send in Brand & Category?
