PayPal Plus plugin required for the german market

Hey there, I can't find any plugin, which works with PayPal Plus. Is there a plugin available? We need a plugin, which can handle prepaid payment, payment made by direct debit, creditcard and bill. For bill, PayPal is responsible for the paying, so the shop will get the money in all ways. I wonder, why I can't find one. You can get it with nearly all german shops out of a box, like strato.de. I think, it's realy important, when a shop should run in germany. Don't know what about other countries. May be there is a plugin, which I have not found. regards Torsten
