Just a suggestions for some rather simple fixes for efficiency's sake.
In both administration and while viewing products at the Shop Home, it would be nice to have an option for "Previous" and "Next" buttons to move through the products in each category. This would be great for customers to move through products, but also great in administration for quickly moving between products, categories, variants, etc.
