Canada Post on nop 3.90

Hi Everyone,

   I'm hosting with smarterasp.net and I'm running a fresh install of nop 3.90.  I'm trying to get the Canada Post shipping module to work.  I'm using their sandbox api keys/customer number/contract number but no rates are appearing.  Is there something else I have to configure?  Also when it comes to production where the heck to do I get production api keys on Canada Post's website?  I just want it for rates but their developer's website is confusing...

I installed nop 3.80 and using DHT's plugin and I was able to create an account but am getting "Unable to retrieve rates".  Is there an outbound connection issue?

Check the System > Log to see if more detailed errors

We use their free plug-in to get the rates and it works well.

Yep that's what I did was install 3.80 and use their plugin.  It definitely works well, thanks!
