Anyone using NopCommerce in Cloud? If yes how data and application replicates across the globe? Is NopCommerce Azure and AWS certified for cloud computing? I need help to explain in details with some facts to recommend NopCommerce.

If I update data in America, how long it will take to see this change in Europe or Asia or Australia.
