Hello everyone,
I have a Problem with the Inventory Management in NopCommerce v. 3.8.
It doesnt behave in a normal, expectable manner.
The Scenario:
1. We have set up multiple Warehouses A and B
2. Customer buys Product P with Amount of 10.
3. Warehouse A Stock 300 Pcs. gets a reservation of 10 and planned of 0 (Everything okay).
4. I Setup a Delivery the Reservation equals 10, Stock still 300Pcs. and planned 0 (Here the normal behaviour should Stock: 300Pcs. Reserved: 0, Planned: 10).
5. I mark the Delivery as delivered Warehouse A Stock still 300 pcs. reservation still 10 (Normal behaviour should Warehouse A Stock 290 Pcs., Reservation 0, Planned: 0).
It seems that the planned Variable dont gets an update or something similar to this.
Another thing is I created a new Product and here everything works as expected.
The Products that dont work are products ive created a few months ago.
Maybe someone of you have an idea how to deal with this kind of behavior like i said a new created Product does work the way it should work. Just our old Products shows this bahviour.
