I got an issue installing Spanish Language

Hello,
I got Nopcommerce 1.6 and I need it in Spanish.
I downloaded Spanish Language Pack from the site and when I uploaded it (resourceStrings) I got the following error:

INSERT failed because the following SET options have incorrect settings: 'QUOTED_IDENTIFIER'. Verify that SET options are correct for use with indexed views and/or indexes on computed columns and/or query notifications and/or xml data type methods.

Does anybody know what can I do to fix it and how?

there is no spanish for 1.6 yet.. i think.
