Is it possible to create multiple discounts in one plugin?

If so, could you give me a nudge in the right direction?  I have discounts that require business logic from one of my plugins and when I reference that plugin in my discount plugin, I get a multiple copies of plugin installed error.

I've pulled my logic out of the plugins into another library and referenced the library with both plugins, so I no longer need this.
