How can a customer add products to existing order?

Is there a way (out of the box, plugin, ...) to give a customer the capability of add products to existing order?

Desiderata flow is:

1. Customer places order (with payment and everything)
2. If in specific time window (4PM -> 8AM in business day), customer can modify his order, adding new products
3. Customer pays only the new products added and taxes, doesn't pay shipping fees
4. New items are added to the order the customer is "editing"

Admin can do it in default nopcommerce ==>http://admin-demo.nopcommerce.com/Admin/Order/Edit/5

For customer you have to customize it from Nop.Web

You can check how work in admin site.
