Preview Reward Points was developed by Withrow's Place to further extend their rewards program by allowing notifications to the customer about the points they earn prior to making purchases. Similar plugins exist but with fewer features and virtually no configuration options. The Preview Reward Points plugin is fully configurable, fully localized to easily translate to other languages, open source (for a fee), and intelligent enough to know when a product will not qualify for the program (see screenshots on download page). Configuration Tips
This plugin previews reward points on each product detail page that a customer would earn for purchases according to product price and as set in the reward points configuration.
The plugin will not work if reward points settings are disabled in nopCommerce settings. To enable reward point settings, please go to Configuration management → Settings → Reward Points to enable rewards points. The freely available 'Extended Rewards Points' plugin is HIGHLY recommended for more control.)
You can choose a place on the product details page to display reward points for the product amount using 'CSS Class for Page Location'.Reward points will display on the page after your defined selector.
You can customize html content in the 'HTML to Display' text box setting as per your choice.
It is recommended to place Reward Points on your product details page where you want to display the reward points message according to the product price.
When no points are earned based on store settings, the plugin can be bypassed(uncheck 'Show When Zero Points'). When checked you can then opt to show the default message or supply an alternate message when reward points are zero.
