I am using NOP COmmarce Version 3.70.
I have another site also on same server.
Nut i am faceing the issue only for NOP COmmarce

A worker process with process id of '10288' serving application pool 'NOPMultiStores' has

When we Publish/Deploy NopCommerce application on server then application load timing is long as around 1 minute.So,how to reduce load time of application when application is Publish/Deploy to server?
