Exclude payment method cash for shipment by post at the checkout

Hi all,

We have different payment methods installed, invoice, prepayment & cash. Additional we've also different shipment methods, delivery by post or pick up at the stores. If a customer is selecting the shipment method delivery by post at the checkout, we would like to exclude the payment method cash and only show prepayment and invoice method.
Is this possible and how we can do the setup?

It can't be done out-of-the-box.  Payment Director can do it.
