I need a Payment Plugin Developer

Hi,

I'm setting up a site in NoCommerce using the Pavilion theme.

I need someone to develop a payment plugin for me that connects to my Payment Provider using RESTful API.
They have everything documented and therefor all information should be available.

I would need this to work on the same checkout page in the Pavilion theme.

Generally speaking there would have to be made 2 Plugins.

1. Pay Once (Takes all major credit cards & debit cards.)

2. Credit Card Loan (Customer gets to buy the product with an E-Commerce loan on his credit card through the Payment Provider.)
