nopCommerce on IIS8 - Why does it want me to re-install?

I've downloaded the Visual Studio uncompiled version.  I loaded it up and went through the install process on my localhost.  Set up my categories, added a few products, all went well.

Now I want to publish it to my IIS8 server.  Everything gets copied over and I load up the site.  However, instead of being greeted with my store, I see the Install screen again.  I don't want to reinstall, I just want to open up my store I've already configured!

Can anyone give a guess as to what might be going on?

Please make sure everything under /App_Data is deployed.

nopCommerce looks for 2 files in App_Data folder - Settings.txt and InstalledPlugins.txt. If any of them is missing, nopCommerce will force you to install.
