The only SQL statements I know of that use WITH statements that come with nopCommerce are when the statements are creating all of the foreign key relationships among the database tables. For example, an SQL statement that creates a foreign key relationship will look like this:

ALTER TABLE Nop_Product WITH CHECK ADD CONSTRAINT [FK_Nop_Category_ID]  FOREIGN KEY(CategoryID) REFERENCES Nop_Category(CategoryID)

But, this statement is not real in nopCommerce because I just made it up. I do not think these relationships I just made an example of really exist, just used this for an example.

So, if you are getting all of these SQL errors, it could simply be from using an SQL parser that cannot handle large scripts. Have you tried using the SQL command line prompt to run scripts remotely from you local machine to a remote host? It works great and you can run scripts from anywhere and the SQL command prompt will open a secure connection from your machine to the SQL database server and maintain a high level of integrity while transferring data. For further information about the SQL command line prompt, go to: http://www.databasejournal.com/features/mssql/article.php/3654176/SQL-Server-2005-Command-Line-Tool-SQLCMD--Part-I.htm

There you will find many commands that you can use to make the most out of the command line prompt. A word of advice, keep your database server IP address, your username, your password, and the name of your database all handy while doing this. It can be tricky at first because the command line interface is so ancient compared to the nice graphical user interfaces we use today. But, the command line interface is very powerful.
