[NopComm 3.7] [Paypal Standard] Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel when returning to site after payment completed

Hi guys

i'm trying to configure Standard Paypal payment plugin,
all works good but after the customer complete payment
and paypal redirects to the store i get SSl/TLS secure Error
i tryed to enable Debug mode but it keeps showing the same error page
i also tryed to disable "Force SSl for all site pages" but same error

Also the PDThandler seems not being working , as orders are not signed as payed

After payment its redirecting to your site and if yes then redirecting with https or only http ?

Did you configure return url https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-website-payments

i both tryed to set https and http url but the result is the same
i also tryed to set a wrong url but it always redirect to the standard http://storename.it...ecc

but since i'm not using a source version how can i implement this solution?
