Blog import tool

I want to use this blog template: https://www.nopcommerce.com/p/1881/nop-rich-blog-nop-templatescom.aspx

There's no import tool, I currently have hundreds of existing blog posts I want to bring over to my new site.

Is anyone able to build an import tool that will allow me to take my existing blog sites via CSV or similar and import them using this template?
