Add new node under access control list

Dear Sir i want to add a new node under access control list and assign them to various customer role.Can you help me how to do it.

Put a record on PermissionRecord table.

Thank you for your reply but sir i want to disable delete order for users .I think add a new value will not solve the issue.Like now when we login in administration mode .i want to create a roll which will not delete order.
