New guest every second and 10's of thousands email errors

So today the db reached 2000 mb, and hit my limit... Checking into this, there is hundreds of guest users online, all from China... Site is going down sometimes, but after shrinking the DB and upping the DB size, the site is working - for now. There is no more emails sending, but the guest users is a problem.
I asked smarterasp help desk for... help, so now waiting on them.

Is there anything I can do to stop IP's from China ?

Smarterasp told me to install an IP block plugin, so I got nopIPFilter from Fox software, and blocked China !

Hope to sleep tonight...
