Cannot Add Product Attributes to a product in NopCommerce V3.80

Hi,
I have installed a new version of NopCommerce, but cannot Add Product Attributes to a product. The page just refreshes and shows blank. I have tried many times.

On the odd occasion it works, cannot find any error is the log files.

Any help appreciated.
