Password Reset

May be a dumb question, but the instructions tell me to reset the default password.
They do not give me a clue of how to do so.
So how do I reset the default password?

I logged in. Clicked on My Account.
This bring up a page that says
My account.
There is no tab on this page to Change Password.
There is a tab for My Account, which brings me back to the same page
that has nothing on it but My Account.
Is the installation maybe incorrect?
What should I see on the page My Account?
