Invisible Setting Button in API PLUGIN 3.90

After completing the API Plugin 3.90 installation, I noticed that there was no "Configuration" button. Now how do I perform the settings for: ClientId, Client Secret and Callback Url?

In version 3.70 everything worked perfectly.

In nopCommerce 3.80 and 3.90 you will find the configuration page in the sidebar menu (under Help).
