Questions about Pictures are stored into...

I'm using nopCommerce 3.90 with source.

I noticed that my database on my hoster's SQL Server 2016 was down to 16% free space.

My Media settings\Pictures are stored into... was set to database.

I went ahead and changed it after doing a backup.  It doesn't have anything to select to indicate which option you want, it just has a change button.  When I clicked it, I said yes to the Are you sure? message.

It processed for a while and then gave me two success messages.

I had over 35,000 pictures on file.  When I use SSMS to view the dbo.Picture table, it still has over 10,000 records with a PictureBinary of "0x".

Should I go ahead and delete all of those records with the "0x" in it?

Yes, when you switch, database pictures are not automatically cleaned up.
