upgrade from 3.8 to 3.9

I am upgrading from 3.8 to 3.9. I have copied my settings.txt and installedplugins.txt from 3.8 appdata and placed in 3.9 appdata folder while i am runing the application i am getting this error error picture is uploaded in dropbox   link is https://www.dropbox.com/s/eqvoublxk45bfdv/error.PNG?dl=0&m=  . Please guide me regarding that. Thanks in advance
