Preventing fake registered accounts?

Hi! i'm wondering what you do with this bot's or I don't know what is it?

Like [email protected], [email protected] etc.


We don't use captcha, i was thinking i search and delete them, but in admin panel i can't choose many "client records' and click delete.
Need click "edit" and then I can remove.

Is any easier way? What you do to prevent bots?
