Upgrade from 3.9 to 4.0 - Stuck on Install Screen

One thing I realised after trying my upgrade is that my hosting company hasn't got ASP Net Core 2.0 installed on their hosting environment.

Please check with your hosting company if Asp.NET Core 2.0 is installed on their servers

I reverted back to 3.90 as I made a backup of the database.

I hope you all made backups =]
