Cross Sell Products Bug

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is a bug;
Nopcommerce version: 3.90
Cross sell products seems on cart even their "Visible individually" is unchecked.

By the way, why do you mark such products (with "Visible individually" unchecked) as cross-sells? What do you expect from such behavior?

As I said I'm not sure if this is a bug.
We use "Visible individually" unchecked for products that we do not want to appear on the website anymore.
And I know that this feature has been removed for simple products in 4.0 and later versions, so maybe there is no need for such an improvement.
