Would be an idea to move the viewstate to the bottom of the page? ViewState on the top of the page is considered bad for SEO ranking.
Search Engines assume the most important content is located at the top of the HTML document, so if the top of the HTML is one big ViewState string that's not so good ;-)
I thought ASP.Net 4.0 introduced a new web.config property that would allow easy control of the ViewState position within the page... But I can't seem to find it anymore ;-( Maybe I only dreamed of it?
