I would like to change the look of the PDF Invoice in admin, I know how to add fields and information, but I would like to make it look nicer with different textstyles and text sizes.
I would be soo happy if someone could point me in the right direction.

You should modify in ...>Libraries\Nop.BusinessLogic\Utils\PDFHelper.cs
For more additional transformations you can use this Open Source .NET library used in it.
