Which port are you using in your store's email account settings?
https://github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce/issues/4447

make sure that you are using correct protocol ports: 465 with SSL security or 587 with TLS by default

I have SSL enabled in my mail settings, and I'm using the port 465 :s

Anybody get this working? I'm using Nop 4.30 with Office 365. Same symptoms as others really. I have an older shop (3.70) running on the same web server and it's able to send mail fine. Interestingly, although SSL is enabled on this site it is using port 25. I've tried all possible combinations with the new site and MFA is disabled. Kind regards, James

Hey New York. Thank you for your reply but, no, that doesn't solve the problem. (I'd read it before)
I have since found a work-around though... configuring a connector permitting the sending server by IP and turning off SSL. Not ideal.
