Microsoft Web Platform Installer SQL connection error.

Hi,
I am trying to install nopCommerce with Microsoft Web Platform Installer.
IIS is on Windows Server 2012 R2, with remote database server MS SQL Server 2017 Express installed on Windows 8.1.
And got:

The specified password for user account “sa” is not valid, or failed to connect to the database server.

Everything with "sa" is ok(can see at picture i connected MSSMS).Login mode is mixed and sa is enabled.Also strong password is on.
If i use nopCommerce 4.00 - Source code with Visual Studio with the same sql server everything is ok.
Tried too use MS SQL Server 2008 R2 at other server, same error with sa login.

Think something is wrong with Microsoft Web Platform Installer.

I think you might be follow below step.


Open Sql Server Management Studio as Administartor

Login to .\SQLEXPRESS using Windows Authentication

Go to Security Tab -- > Logins --> Change the "sa" password and Press Ok

Use the newly created Password in WebMatrix and you should be all Set.

Are you sure you understand my topic?
I am using remote MS SQL Server,not the local one.
Want to use Microsoft Web Platform Installer not the WebMatrix.
Just want to know is there something wrong with Microsoft Web Platform Installer for nopCommerce  at all,
if can and how to resolve problem with connection.
