pricing per customers

Hi guys, any idea, how to give unique prices to unique customers (or customer groups ??  Can't use Discounts/Customer Roles, because there are just only in -% or -$ amount valid for all ProductVariant, need different option to pricing the ProductVariants..  any idea very appreciated. Thanks
