Hi,
I am trying to install v1.70 and I cannot seem to get past the database screen. I copied all the files into the directory, ran the install and it seemed to go through ok. Then I decided to install in another directory (for development and staging environments) and this is where the whole thing went sideways. When I access the 2nd site, I get the install screens as usual. I get as far as the database; when I choose the separate db it says it's already v. 1.70. Not sure how that can be as I am sure I used a different database for both installs. Anyway, I can't get past the database screen. Any ideas?

UPDATE:
I restored the original database and tried the upgrade again and it was successful. No clue what happened before but this is resolved.
