nopCommerce 4(no source code) doesn't work without running the file Nop.Web.exe file.

Hi ! I have followed the Installation instruction given in your guide for the nopCommerce 4(no source code).

but it has two file a) Nop.Web b) Nop.web.exe file. Nop.Web file in IIS7 doesn't work until I click on Nop.Web.exe file. It is suppose to start with Nop.Web file. Can you please suggest me how I do run nopCommerce 4(no source code) in IIS without Nop.Web.exe file ?

IIS7 should require ASPX file to run the application in hosting webserver and hosting provider never give me to run any EXE file but it is different. I appreciate your earliest feedback
