Error Occurred Launching IIS Express Web Sever Port 15536 is in use

I have tried to install Nop 4.0 on my Laptop windows 10 home edition
I have installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2017

After extract the files I open the project and run


At the end I got error message

An error Occurred Launching IIS Express. Unable to launch the configure Visual Studio Development Web Sever.Port 15536 is in use

Please help let me and others know what is wrong and how to fix it.

1. Right click on Nop.Web
2. Click Properties
3. In the opened tab, switch to "Debug", and change (under App URL) 15536 to another port number that's not in used.
