Remove some top header items

Hi,

How can I remove default items for Top Header like Contact Us, Blog, My Account, New Products etc from the admin area.

Visit Admin >  Configuration > Settings > General Settings and find Top menu items block. See demo at http://admin-demo.nopcommerce.com/Admin/Setting/GeneralCommon
