Problem footer menu in mobie

When I open my nop site on a mobile phone with Chrome and when I click on footer menu, Suddenly the middle of the site spins. what is problem?

Are you using third party theme? Is vendors theme support this - need to contact with vendor if that is bug. Check first if that is case is possible to reproduce at the demo of used theme.
If using default clean theme, maybe that is conflict with using plugins, or you have made changes at the default one?
