Turn off Calculated during checkout in Total calculation

Hi, is there a way to switch off "Calculated during checkout" and just show total price from what's in cart?
I still want to keep Shipping enabled on Products as it shows delivery days.

My plan is to calculate shipping in Klarna Checkout provider which will be on same page as cart. E.g a Single Page Checkout.

I would be interested too on knowing this.

You don't want to also show total including shipping?
(What shipping provider are you using?)
