USPS Error

We're setting up a USPS connection in nopCommerce 1.6 We have the account activated with the USPS and we have the correct URL from them.

We're getting this error:
USPS Error returned: Error Desc: API Authorization failure. RateV3 is not a valid API name for this protocol.

We saw the messages about this in testing but we're doing this from an activated account (we have the instruction email from USPS confirming that).

HELP!

The client's account IS UPGRADED FOR PRODUCTION! WE HAVE THE EMAIL FROM THE USPS SHOWING IT.

So now what?????
