Shopping cart is cleared before payed

Hello...

I have a problem because the shopping cart is cleared before the page is redirected to payment gateway. How can I avoid it? so, if the pay is not completed or finished with error, I encounter that the shopping cart is empty.

I use nopcommerce 1.5
