A drip email campaign based off of product purchase or purchase of an product in a category. A drip campaign would email a customer on a custom time interval for example ...
an email could go out
- 7 days after the purchase giving a coupon for similar products
- 10 days after telling them about the ability of the store to do custom work
- 15 days after with a free item when they 20$ or more
- ect
