I am setting up nopCommerce v 1.6. It has been great.
Just need some clarification.
I configured the UPS (United Parcel Service) Shipping Rate Computation Method

Activated it.

Then entered my Access key, user name & password.
Then the following settings:
UPS Customer Classification:   Retail
UPS Pickup Type:                  One Time Pickup
UPS Packaging Type:             Customer Supplied Package
Additional handling charge [USD]:      
Shipped from country:           United States

So when a customer checks out, the following options for shipping appear:
UPS Ground ($161.30)
UPS 3 Day Select ($332.80)
UPS 2nd Day Air ($477.82)
UPS Next Day Air Saver ($907.82)
UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. ($985.22)
UPS NextDay Air ($918.58)

My 2 Questions:
1. If the customer continues checking out and completes the check out process is there an order sent to UPS for this delivery? Is this just an estimate from UPS and the store owner creates a shipping order manually? What is happening?

2. UPS small package shipments cannot exceed 150 pounds per package. Individual packages over 150 pounds must be shipped as freight. The above sample shipping fees are for a 200 pound item. So is nopCommerce v1.6 able to calculate and adjust for the freight option? Is this what I am seeing?
